CradleYourPet only collects information from you voluntarily. This information is used to process orders.  We respect your right to privacy and will not share or sell customer information to a third party. 
Returns
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition. Due to health regulations, products such as the carriers, beds, and apparel cannot be returned once they have been used or worn by your pet.  However, if you experience any problem, have a question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us at orders@cradleyourpet.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue. 
Payment
CradleYourPet currently accepts Visa, Mastercard and money orders.  However, if you pay with a money order, we will not process your order until your payment is received.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (6%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Florida.  All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Shipping
Shipping and handling rates vary according to the amount of purchase.  We ship all orders using either Fedex ground or USPS Priority Mail. This option is designated as the ground option.  If you use a P.O. Box please provide both your P.O. Box # and your physical address so we can ship your order in a timely manner. All orders should be delivered to you between 3-6 days from the time of shipment.  Please contact Customer Service immediately at orders@cradleyourpet.com or (954)661-6014 if you need to cancel an order.
At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S.
